Christian delivered the closing talk at our Technical Annual Conference where he used his adventures to reemphasise key messages that management wanted to convey. Prior to becoming a full time adventurer, Christian worked 20 years in business. He spent four years in Business Development, eight years in Management Consulting, and eight years as a Managing Director. Past employers include L.E.K. Consulting in London as well as KPMG, Allianz, and VIKING Life-Saving Equipment in Hong Kong and Shanghai. He has also renovated several houses and enjoys chopping firewood. Christian holds a BA Joint. Hons. in Chinese Language and Western Management Studies from Durham University, England, and an EMBA from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

With his solid Consulting and Managing Director background, Christian is able to quickly grasp client issues and tailor make inspirational talks and / or team building to address these issues. He typically asks clients what three key messages they are trying to get across and then he incorporates these sublimely into his talks or team building exercises. He can also work strategically with clients to uncover what these focus areas should be to move the organisation ahead.
